Routing Slip
Upon completion of an office visit, the user is presented with three
options for coding the level of care. They can:
- Select from a
fully customizable list as shown below,
- Use the optional E&M Coding
function of SpringCharts, or
- Use a fully customizable Superbill form.
In this example, the user has taken option 1 and selected 99201 NP-Brief.
