Template From Note
Templates, which are used to quickly document frequently
occurring office visits can easily be prepared and modified. This
example shows how a user can chart an office visit and before saving it to
the patient record, request the system to Copy Note to Template.
SpringCharts will then ask the user to name the template and
it will then be available for use with future charts.
The next page illustrates an alternative method for
constructing an office visit template.
