Diagnoses
In this example, part of a note has been constructed and the doctor is
ready to enter the diagnosis. There are three choices for selecting a
diagnoses: a search of all Diagnoses stored in the
system, selection from the PMHX and Problem Lists,
and selection from Previous Diagnoses. The latter two
options substantially speed the charting activity as diagnoses are
reasonably likely to repeat for a patient.
A Diagnosis can be easily added to PMHX and
Problem List by a simple click (or tap, in the case of the
Tablet PC) on the desired Diagnosis.
