Chart Evaluation
The Chart Evaluation function provides a
powerful, yet flexible tool for assessing a Patient Chart.
Any number of evaluation criteria can be set up with the dialog box below.
Then, when in the patient chart, a Chart Evaluation can be
requested based on the pre-defined criteria using the dialog box below.
The evaluation can be applied to a single patient's records
or to the entire practice. Results of the evaluation are placed in the
Patient Chart.

The check mark and UTD signify that that patient is Up To Date.
