SPRING MEDICAL SYSTEMS SELECTS HEALTHWARE SYSTEMS CANADA AS EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR OF SPRINGCHARTS IN CANADA, ALASKA AND HAWAII
February 6, 2007 - Houston, Texas—Spring Medical Systems, a leading provider of software solutions for the small to medium-sized medical practice, announced today that HealthWare Systems Canada has been named the exclusive distributor of SpringCharts® Electronic Health Records solutions for Canada, Alaska and Hawaii.
This agreement provides HealthWare Systems Canada with exclusive distribution of Spring Medical’s two electronic health records solutions (EHRs), SpringCharts EHR and SpringCharts Essentials as well as complementary products such as SpringLabs™. HealthWare Systems Canada, an integrated software solutions company providing software sales, networking services, training and support to medical practices, will also provide support, setup and training to Spring Medical clients.
