Networked Versions

SpringCharts Network versions are configured to accommodate any size medical practice or clinic.
The Network versions utilize a proven client/server architecture consisting of a central data and administration server linked to remote client PCs.
All data remains secure, standardized and easy to maintain on the server, yet accessible wherever it is needed in the office via networked desktops, notebooks and/or Tablet PCs or outside the office
via SC OffSite™. Networking configurations range in size from 3 to 50 simultaneous users to enable practices to choose the option that best fits their needs at a price that meets their budget.

Bundles

SpringCharts Bundled Network versions provide real value to small practices of up to 10 users. SpringCharts Bundles include the File Cabinet Document Center to provide a more complete solution at a great price.

Single Computer Version

SpringCharts Single Computer Version offers superior functionality and ease of use in a compact, affordable configuration that runs on a single PC. Capabilities include patient charting, prescriptions, labs, appointments, communications, and more in an intuitive, practice-friendly design that can be installed and running in a matter of hours.

SpringLabs™

Automatically delivers diagnostic lab results
to the SpringCharts desktop. Available for
Quest, LabCorp, Spectrum, and numerous
regional labs with many more in development.

File Cabinet Document Manager™

Our innovative File Cabinet is a powerful
management tool that enables more
comprehensive charting while reducing
paper in your office. Store, view and edit
a wide range of documents including
Word docs, Excel spreadsheets, DICOM
images and more.

Drug Interactions & Allergy Checking

With SpringCharts' Drug Interaction and
Allergy Checking Option, all new prescriptions
can be compared to existing prescriptions and
known allergies. Potentially dangerous
interactions and allergies are immediately
identified and the prescriber is alerted.

Integrated Faxing

The integrated faxing option enables web
faxing directly to and from SpringCharts via
InterFax. It's convenient and secure and
eliminates paper faxes that require scanning
or filing.

One-Touch Scanning

New TWAIN/SANE device interface provides
a direct connection to compatible scanners
and other devices such as digital cameras.
With the one-touch scanning option, you
can now scan documents directly into
SpringCharts.

Epocrates® Link

Provides one-click access to industry-standard
Epocrates drug information including
interactions, formularies, dosage information,
patient instructions and more.

TemplateWare™

SpringCharts TemplateWare saves time and
effort for specialty practices. Our TemplateWare
is easy to use and customize and is much more
useful than the "static" templates that are
commonly offered by competing EHR products.
