On-Site Training

Our On-Site Training is offered in conjunction with our training partner, Med-Soft National Training Institute (MNTI).

The daylong course includes a comprehensive training guide and is taught by an expert in electronic medical records and general medical office operations.

Training Course Content Includes:

In-depth instruction on SpringCharts' central features and functions.
Instruction on unique features and functions including File Cabinet Document Manager and using NDC Medical Connect.
Integrated exercises that emphasize important points and lessons.

Internet Training

Our Internet Training utilizes the same curriculum as our classroom course but enables participation without travel. The whole office can learn together and all it takes is:

A Windows PC
A High-Speed Internet Connection
A Speaker Phone

Our Internet Training is also offered in conjunction with MNTI and delivered by the same expert instructors. It consists of two three-hour sessions, and includes one training guide. Additional training guides are available at reasonable cost.

SpringCharts Tutorials CD

Our Tutorials CD is a quality self-learning tool that enables doctors and staff members to learn at their own pace. More than 30 lessons are included covering both basic and advanced features and techniques. Each is illustrated with product screenshots and includes practical examples of everyday office functions.
